Filtering rays of sunshine,
Brighten up my day,
My heart swells with hope and pride,
Keen for the glories coming my way.
Life been hectic lately,
Trying to prove it's course,
But we choose to see the day,
Proving we choose best or worse.
I refute chaos and choose peace,
I refute sadness and choose joy,
Chords sending hope,
Can't keep calm ahead lies victory.
