Humming bird Hums..
One morning I asked the hummingbird
Sir why do you hum your tune
This bird, he said without a word
“Because I love the sun and moon
Each tree is serenity
The crimson sky is my home
The earth is one big entity
We are not one nor alone
Water falling from the rains
Each drop we have shared
All of us run in our veins
So, I hum my hum so fair
Flowers bring me life
It’s nectar oh so sweet
My humming keeps me bright
While the bees keep the beat”
I gave a smile and a wink
To this bird who’s so wise
He was gone in a blink
My smile wore no disguise
