The journey has come to an end,
Weaving through meandering paths,
Sometimes alone, often with a friend,
I have no intention to change my paths.
In twilight's hush, the journey's end
We've traversed mountains, valleys, and bend
Meandering paths, both lone and with a friend
The memories we've made will never end
The sun sets slow, the day's last light
Golden hues upon the horizon bright
The stars appear, the night's sweet delight
As we reflect on the journey's plight
We've laughed, we've cried, we've lived and grown
Through trials and triumphs, we've been shown
The beauty of the world, both old and new
And the strength of friendship, true and true
The journey's end, a place of rest
But the memories, forever blessed
In our hearts, the journey's mark
A bond of friendship, a lifetime to embark.
