Love & Hate
"It's a thin line between love and hate" I always hear people say, it became a cliche
Love is love and hate is hate; they can't coexist, I always thought.
But here I am with this heart made of stone that suddenly grows roses when I think of you
Love and hate I do feel for you
Hate most of the time because I can never get over this hurt and sadly this wound won't heal; it just bleeds and bleeds
And I'll always love you and accepting this fact has been a step forward to being honest with myself
But I promise you, this love wouldn't stop me from spilling more gas in a fire you're burning in so nothing remains of you...nothing of that heart
So yes, love and hate can coexist but hate? It'll always be superior.
