Slowly Fading Away
You slowly start losing interest in me,
You slowly start disliking everything I do.
You slowly start hating me,
You slowly pull away, until you're really away.
You leave without telling me
What I could do to change your mind,
To make everything better,
To make you have interest in me again.
To make you like the things I do,
To make you love me,
To make you stay.
I see the distance growing wide,
I feel the coldness by my side.
I wish I knew the words to say,
To turn your heart, to make you stay.
If I could change, if I could know,
What it takes to not let go.
I'd try my best, I'd do it all,
To stop this slow, inevitable fall.
