Those voices that hurt me
With the ones that heal and protect me
I might not win

Or all the times before that
But at least I tried
I tell myself I made progress

Cause one day I'll be stronger than the voices
They will switch places with me
And be the one bleeding out on the ground
But I won't laugh in their faces-
Like they did to me
