I have a problem
Something serious, so I wrote
Lay awake all in my feelings
I need to see you, but i won't;
Smoking so much when I'm awake
Fell asleep and almost died
Should have left you when my heart was breaking
Thought of something or other cide;
Fell asleep, Look in my mind
Rushing, Heart beat slowly sometimes
If i had a think of happy thoughts
It would end on sadness' side;
Sickness got me in the body
Something hurts but i can't bother
Looking to the world for laughter
But it hurts when it won't gather;
Look what I'm after is an answer
Survival calls, but I won't answer
Voice mail chimes, "Yo it's you..." caller
Why do you even bother;
So i wonder,
Look I am wondering
What can progress this situation I'm in
Singing all of the praises you witness
The greatness that hefty laughter brings;
But now I'm seated
Treating every moment like a failure,
My actions won't change behavior
So I don't want to be an enabler;
When every move is just a dead end
Wait till it falls apart in your hands
I can't take this pain no more
I need to see you again.
