Breathe in, breathe out
My trembling hand begins to write
Shouting words seeped in agony
As the glistening white of the paper sags
Breathe in, breathe out
I blink twice to express my anger
subtle nuances of emotion bleed
Scorching the definitions of my words
Breathe in, breathe out
I sigh once to express my discomfort
The vast weight of my words isn't enough
Slowly, they drag me into a void
Breathe in, breathe out
My hands pound the table
The pencil cracks and splinters
Littering the table with its essence
Breathe in, breathe out!
I curse the God's for their exposure
How dare they make me susceptible
To the ever hungry fury of the agony
That is, self destruction
Breathe in, breathe out!!
I crumble the paper, cursing myself
With little thought to my own ego
I selfishly throw the paper across the room
I breathe in and breathe out
Yet still, I have not written anything
Will I ever?
