Do you remember the whisper game?
A short story barely stays the same
First child remembers almost all
Second and third will already make up some extra details
Cause they don’t want to show others
That already half is forgotten
When you listen to child four and five
No part of the first story is alike

What if this happens when you’re older too?
You try, try and try much harder
But nothing can fool the truth

What if now
We look at mental health
Getting a label can happen and help
But what if you were child three
Getting a little overlooked
Cause you were so good at hiding, they couldn’t see
Partly the story was unfold
But more comes up as you ask why things were untold

Now most of the time
All children will hear the original storyline
They can laugh about the bumpy sentences they made
Cause afterwards, everyone was trying to tell the same story, they participate
Even though child one and five meant the same
It came out in a different way
But when all five children talk about the words they heard and said
It became very obvious, how the original story was meant
