if the fear comes the fear comes it comes
it takes over your destiny
fear of having fear and or the fear of death
the fear gets bigger when fear triggers deciese
the your fears tengle together to create more fears
if i react to my fear i acknolage it jet another fear
dont acknolage it
its still there
fear to die from tired once creates danger
danger creates fear fear create dangers

why should i fear ?
the fear becomes emotions
emotions full of fear trap me
death
becomes harder and harder
fear of death creates death
