June was waiting for George Matt. The best friend of her father. George Matt was a lawyer and her father's legal advisor.
She wanted to know why the Gang leaders have killed him. And how did her father get those documents and video clip.
George Matt arrived.
June greeted him. "It's been a very long time, Mr. Matt". He gave a smile and told, "Yea'h.. Very long time. As time passed, everyone changed including me and you".
"Yes, Mr. Matt", she replied.
"Okay June, now let me know why did you call me? Is there any problem that I can help? Or you just want to know about something?", he asked.
"Mr. Matt, I just want to know about my dad and what was the connection with the gang and why did they killed him? ", she told.
"Your dad had once told me this, that someone will come to me to know about this.... He was right!.", he told to June.
June gave a sad smile. "Yea', your dad had some connection with the gang leader. It all started at 1993, we were in the party of our friend's wedding anniversary. We had lot of fun. Especially those days were our golden ones. That evening, as we were going back to our house we met a group of people who was hand overing money and things. Your dad and me captured some pictures and videos. They were illegal things, like drugs and stuff. Your dad wanted this to bring into end and he wanted to publish this. But...", Mr. Matt stopped.
"What happened?".
He took a deep breath and told, "Before he was going to publish this. He found out that Alex was also the one of them. He tried his best to convince him and stop going to the gang. He didn't listen to him. The gang got to know about the pictures taken by us. They threatened us. Your dad kept it in a safe place and he told me to move to another place. I was sure about one thing, that your dad was killed by your brother".
June didn't know what to say.
"I know it's hard. But there is letter for you from your father".
He handed over the letter to her and told "Be safe, my dear. It's not like you think and the more you go in search the more danger is around you".
