A Professor's itching corner
Once upon a time, born a philospher of his own, in an imdustrial city of Hindustan. The name of the country, he chose to avoid any bias with any kind of tussle. Well, as time passes, he choses to be a teacher. Teaching is the noblest task he could decide. The terrain is much uncertain if one really aspires to deliver the best. Shaping young minds, especially when they are drawn from all categories, is not an easy task. Besides, teaching always comes with learning & research. So our Mr. Professor choses to be in Lion's den.
The day one of the career, was to overcome the fear of podium. There were 80 students in the first class, encountered. Afternoon, a call from boss came to make aware of the situation. Complaint box started speaking for the students, roaring that voice was not audible & focus was concentrated to few students. But boss understood the situation and with few tips & hopes, Professor left that chamber.
Professor then taught in few institutes after that. If students are aware of what they are learning or going to learn, that would be the most satisfying. Bullets after bullets, questions fired; Teacher has to be in utmost sporty character, to be prepared well. That made the Professor's night squized.
Always there were students, who took advantages of, in whatever way, they could, be it bunking the class or doing some shit work sitting in last benches. But to reader's surprise, most of the back benchers did much well in life than the front ones.
Professor's itching corner was, the regulating body, which checks credibility of an institute. Continuosly mushrooming institutes, over the years, did unparallel harm to the teachers, students and society at large. There remains always a lack of parity in operations of institutes. Regulators are more interested to play a hunter role of a circus. Lack of looking beyond is causing more harm & that is Professor's itching zone. Professor also could not anticipated the future & the steps taken boomeranged. Now a days, Professor, became more thoughtful, busy in drawing an action plan.
