"Yeah... i guess." he said hesitantly.

And she disconnected the call.

'Why is she always so mean to me?' thought the boy, pulling up his sheets.

She, on the other hand, held her pillow tightly, closed her eyes and was trying to sleep,
sleep peacefully.
Her weariness.... she never told anyone that she sleeps every night with an empty stomach, perhaps some coffee and an occasional habit of smoking, and that her past relationship is still causing her ache and she thinks, sex might fix this!
