RELIGION'S COMPASSIONATE LIGHT
In the depths of James, a verse unfolds,
A revelation of faith it holds.
Let us now weave a poem anew,
Exploring the essence of words so true.

Faith without action, a life undone,
Like barren branches, devoid of sun.
For in the tapestry of our days,
Belief must guide us in righteous ways.

A mirror held up to the soul's domain,
James whispers, "Let your actions proclaim."
Religion alive in works of compassion,
Not mere words, but love in action.

A listening ear for the voiceless cries,
A gentle touch as the wounded rise,
Invisible threads that bind and mend,
Religion found in the stranger, friend.

Let not religion be bound by walls,
But traverse boundaries, where duty calls.
To visit the orphan, widows oppressed,
To comfort the burdened, bring them rest.

Religion's test lies not in the creed,
But in how we answer the world's great need.
It's not in rituals, empty and vain,
But in the essence of others' pain.

The world, a canvas waiting to be painted,
With colors of love, unfeigned and untainted.
In deeds of mercy, we find our worth,
A reflection of our faith on Earth.

So let us heed James's timeless voice,
In religion's embrace, let love rejoice.
For faith without works, a hollow sight,
But faith in action, a beacon of light.
