The Journey
Eagles eye you start to soar,
Exploring wanting even more,
To what this life had ever bore,
Praise the sky before the sun.

Serpents eye within the grass,
Signs of malice in leather mass,
Show your teeth when shadows cast,
Silent be where shade is hung.

Wolven eyes have sudden gaze,
All upon the end of days,
For which their prey is what they praise,
Your nightly hunt is done.

Unknown wonders from the deep,
With golden treats of old, you keep,
Where man on land begin to weep,
Sink in depths where land has shun.

Human eyes see to the sky,
When others seek below,
Nightly wonders cannot see the light,
To us it isn't so,
With many animals alike,
The world is ours to roam,
I stopped to catch gods given breath,
And end my journeys run.
