This as got to be the most copy cat monkey see , monkey do era in history. Back in my day no one wanted to look alike , dress alike , sound alike nothing. This "influencer " age is so garbage. I think it stared with the dreds. They were a Rastafarian thing or at most down south and the Bay area wore them. Then came the toddler clothes , then the beards. Now it's the braids again and the ski masks. It's cool if that's your style emphasis on "Your" style. But it's like no one has their own identity anymore. The music sounds the same. Every one wants to be an influencer or have a mic stuck to their face , cause their a Podcaster or a rapper. It's more rappers then consumers who buy rap. Can we go back to the days of I'm me , your , you. Back in the day a person wouldn't even tell you where they bought their clothes , shoes or anything cause they didn't want you to be rocking it next time they saw you! It's almost like no one has any genuine authentic ideas any more. If your authentic unique one of a kind and don't follow trends and you have yiur own mind and can't be influenced by others. By all means stay that way! These people have taken following to far !
