The well in my desert
My anxieties and flaws are like a desert,
a desert that surrounds my existence
Somewhere in this desert, there's a well
it's hard to find
At the end of the desert
there's an ocean too
but it ain't gonna quench my thirst.
I'm looking, searching
for the well,
with the hope to find it someday,
somewhere caught in between
my insecurities and self-confidence.
But I don't know where to begin,
the more I long to be near it
the more I lost myself,
Now I've got nothing to lose
And I see a silhouette of it,
is it real or a fable?
