Coping with worry
There were days when I worried much,
But then I realized;
I was wasting my time,
Thinking about them so much.

As the misfortunes kept arising,
I started to share them instead of worrying;
My friends and families assisted me;
Thereby solacing my heart, a bit.

Devoting my time in meditation,
Aided me in attaining positivity;
And exercising during the day,
Reminded me to eliminate negativity.

Movies are a medium of entertaining oneself,
And watching them generates a means of happiness;
Laughing with friends make me happy all the time,
As it is said, laughter is a good exercise.

Prioritizing my hobby,
By keeping my chaotic schedule aside,
Lightens my heart;
And it is not an awful thing to cite.

Reading story books,
Is not a wastage of time;
And listening to motivational speeches,
Enlightens my mind.

Anxieties will always occupy,
In various paths of our life;
But handling them confidently,
Is the courage that we require.
