You see there are so many things I love to do,
it’d be great to have a bestie with me
First and foremost is reliability
not so much about being on time
to the minute,
but showing up and being consistent
A sense of humor is a must
So if you’re an angry whiner,
nothing -is- ever -right complainer
move on to the next friend in need
Dancing is a great asset
especially county western kinds of steps
Eating out, I’m a real “foodie, “
and there’ll be movies , concerts and traveling
so a car to share driving is a necessity
Do you have a listening ear, generous nature?

I’ve recently moved,
made some changes in my life
Old friends are fat away now
Lately I’ve been finding it’s a bit lonely,
where everything is new and unfamiliar
