A Good Day
153:4.4 “Many of you have this day come to the parting of the ways; you have come to a beginning of the making of the inevitable choicebetween the will of the Father and the self-chosen ways of darkness. And as you now choose, so shall you eventually be. You must either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else will the tree become corrupt and its fruit corrupt. I declare that in my Father’s eternal kingdom the tree is known by its fruits. But some of you who are as vipers, how can you, having already chosen evil, bring forth goodfruits? After all, out of the abundance of the evil in your hearts your mouths speak.”

A Good Day
The cold of winter does return
The freeze is here, for 40s yearn.
It won’t last, but just a day.
The sun will shine, comes back our way

Today though, I will need a jacket.
The cool air is there, but I’ll attack it.
The cold can make it hard to move
But this is nothing, we all will groove.

Even if we get some snow
It won’t last, and we’ll still go.
More care, we’ll need out on the roads.
It don’t seem strange, as it’s so cold.

The day unfolds itself to me
We all experience the day we see.
How to make this day the best
Requires some energy we invest.

Where should we invest our efforts?
Do we truly need more comforts?
The way that we decide to live
Determines what and how we give.

The stage is set for us to choose.
What turns you on, and makes you groove?
How you live, and what you give
Is truly something reflective.

Thank You, Father, for the day.
It will work out our chosen ways.
I pray we all do as we should
And promote You, God, as good.
