You may ask how I got a wisdom beyond my years.
Regrettably only after the shedding of many tears.
Experience is a teacher whose lesson can be hard to learn.
To gain knowledge requires that we earn.
So, wisdom doesn’t come in the form of a gift
And it surely does not come swift.
So, every decision you need to contemplate
Until experiences of your past help your future formulate.
