The poet's Serenade.
In the world of quill and parchment, we discern,
not all, as bards, their verses shall eternally churn.
for, to embroider emotions in lyrical grace,
demands a love that time cannot efface.
intense and fervent, this affection must be,
a fervor that sets the poet's spirit free.
to compose a sonnet, both gentle and sincere,
one must revere existence, in all its spheres.
not every soul shall embark on this flight,
to delve into the depths of the poet's night.
but those whose hearts with boundless ardor swell,
shall unearth their voices, and in their verses dwell.
thus, let us extol this rarefied coterie,
whose affection for life births creativity.
within their lines, beauty's song takes wing,
for they alone make our innermost souls sing.
