It was the biggest mistake I ever made, when I fell in love with you.
I tried to stop but I couldn't, I knew you never loved me but, I still stayed thinking you would.
You pretended to love me but it was all a sham, I tried to escape this cage called love, but I couldn't.
I knew you were just playing me but I never knew you could go to this extent.
You broke me because you never cared, I tried my best to prove everything you'd wanted me to prove but still it wasn't enough.
I wished I hadn't gotten myself into this cage, I wouldn't have been trapped here.
Now am trapped and there's no way to leave, I am losing it all but I'm hoping someday, I don't lose what's left of me, my soft heart.
