Dear Biology
Oh Biology, Dear realm of endless grace
In nature’s web, your truths we trace
Forgive my heart for being so blind, so slow
That your beauty I have taken time to know

Oh Biology, forgive my past neglect
For in your world, pure wonders do reflect
I wandered far from nature’s finest art
But now I come to you, with open heart

Your beauty lies in every living cell
Deep in the ocean, where countless secrets dwell
In forests green, where sunlight gently plays
In creatures’ forms, your intricate displays
In pulses, breaths, in life’s great span
In all living organisms, god's created beautiful plans

Forgive me for not seeing all you gave
The pathways of the genes, the way they pave
The flight of birds, the bloom of flowers
The silent strength in towering trees and towers

But now I pledge my love and endless awe
To study you, every rule, each natural law
To cherish everyhing with life from microbe to the grand
All that lie in your realms, the water, sky, and land

From this day forth i have my love confessed
I wil try to honour you , to invest
In learning you, to have my soul bind
To every secret I can find

I’ll marvel at the cell’s dividing grace
At ecosystems’ balanced, sacred spac,
At life’s resilience, adapting, thriving
In every niche, surviving, striving

Oh Biology, with newfound love so bright
I vow to honor, cherish, and feel delight
In all you are, your wonders and to explore
To love you truly, now and evermore.
