Watching each foot leaves a trace,
With every stride placed on the ground,
Silent, secure, safe and sound.

Sitting leisurely without pressure to conform,
Enjoying quietude in its purest form,
Sweet-smelling Ylang Ylang fills the air,
Soothing and calm with no worries or care.

Gentle trinkles of running water,
Comforts the mind and spurs laughter,
Smiling as the sparrows roost in the trees,
Joyfully gazing at daffodils bowing to the breeze.

Solitude gives pleasure to the mind and soul,
Sanity and bliss is the ultimate goal,
Peace and tranquility rule the day,
Reticence and taciturnity are here to stay.
