As the evening comes to a close,
You were thinking about what you want to do with the rest of your life,
The clock chimed and something unusual took place
Something that drifted our focus
A different turn was taken by our lives
Our loved ones had left
To eternity, they said
A vacant space is left
We mourn but their is no hope
We cling to the memories we ever made
The void cannot be filled with anything
I wish you could stay longer
Long enough to hold your generation
Bless us and teach us the good ways
Maybe we could survive in the land of the natives
We crave for your everything
Smell; touch; presence; advice
"Rest in eternal peace"
Is all we managed to say
We housed your home;the grave
With flowers
But we still are hurt
We should have foreseen this
We would take you home peacefully
It's all in vain😪
