It was a summer morning in the village of kodumanal. This village is surrounded with beautiful trees, rivers and hills. kodumanal had only few houses left, because lot of people are migrated for their studies and jobs. In this village people have their own land, so they cultivate paddy,pulses, sugar cane, etc., people of kodumanal cultivate some vegetables they are brinjal, tomatoes, ladies finger etc.,
people of this village lead a simple rural life they did not focused on scientific inventions. People of kodumanal had more faith on goddess Kali. They celebrated festival called Kali maharatha every year. In kodumanal people lived in hut made up of wood and mud.
In this village Dharsini lived with her parents. she was a 12 year old girl, studied nearby school in the village. Dharsini is beautiful girl, naughty one , have a smiling face every time. Usually she went to school along with her buddies. Dharsini' s friends are Abinaya, srimathi, Tharun and Varun. All these five were so naughty but also they aid some old age people in that village.
Dharsini, Abinaya and Tharun were cousins, they had their houses nearby. These three children help old peoples in the village of kodumanal. Dharsini and Abinaya fetch water for Rangamamma and pooranam every day evening. Tharun brought things from grocery shop, when old people asked him. These three were so kind to everyone, but this varun and srimathi are rude to all age group people.
