Way to live!!
All throughout our lives, we keep on finding faults, complaining, creeping. Forgetting about how to live? Taking our own life towards hell.
Basically, our life is somewhere between our body & mind. Once the balance between your body & mind got shaken up, you are just left with so many regrets.
Consider the body as a machinery, which needs a repair after a time period. Our mind is running a software, which needs  upgrading from time-to-time. If you keep on engaging yourself in those stereotype work, you get bored with your life.
Some tiny changes in your lifestyle, give you some big achievements. Leaving some bad habits & adding some good habits, may result in reducing your stress levels.
A listing of some habits to be included:-
1. Early to bed & early wake-up (just to get rid of insomnia)
2. Minimum of 60 minutes of workout daily  (just to get rid of cardiovascular diseases)
3. Minimum of 15-20 minutes of daily reading  (just to get your brain working)
4. If possible, be a vegetarian (just to keep your humanity alive)
5. Keep yourself socially active (just to live a long life)
These are the basic layout, which can give a rough idea of a way to live. See, it is not a thing that you should follow it 100%. But, you should also find your own way of living.
