I wasn’t even looking when I found my voice.
It’s not how I write but what I write about as my choice
Most great poetry is all about how you are feeling
I’d rather choose topics that make you contemplate until it sets your mind reeling.
Well, it’s true I never liked poetry growing up.
Since I got bored with the topic, they never let me join that club.
Now I look at the headlines and write whatever I want
Making people think, of which I’m quite fond.
