Daylight
makes such a difference to your day
waking up to bright light
sets your body clock
in motion for the day
eyes open wide
a quickness
to get up and out of bed
open windows quick
let the mornings fresh air in
breathe deeply
let it pass through your lungs
a wonderful start to your day ahead
