Uplitment of Soul
It was midnight
I heard the knock on the door,
The whole house was filled with darkness,
And all the things were on the floor,
My room was like my character,
Filthy and full of dirt.
I opened the door, walked a bit,
I don't know how but I reached the shore,
Of the ocean of mud, blood, filth.
I swimmed to cross it whole,
I reached the other side and,
To my surprise I found hope.
I walked after him,
On the new path that he showed.
I walked on it without knowing anything
Blood, mud, filth had had me covered.
My hands your wet, so were my lips
I reached the cave and rain showered.
I went inside, half of my body was cleansed,
I walked till I reached it's end.
I went out and could feel the rain,
But my eyes were blind.
I walked a bit and reached the door,
Knocked on it, then got benumbed.
I don't know how but I reached the shore,
Seeing someone crossing the ocean
I saw him covered
I showed him the way to the cave,
The place where I did got blind for sometime
But my soul was purified, My arrogance got lowered.
