Flashbacks.
It feels like
I'm not allowed to
Without a PTSD diagnosis.
However
I know what I'm experiencing.

I have had
Flashbacks and nightmares,
I have tried to avoid memories.

I have every single symptom.
So I am allowed
To feel the way I feel.
Without
An official diagnosis.
