Once in a while
Everyday
I shut my eyes and say
page lead me to a new Kingdom
ruled by bunnies
or watermelon.

I do not care for order
like my beard that chooses to
grow only to the left. The difference between my heart and my beard is

I remain open to every possibility. Let my
guts take me left, right, up, down. Let the butterflies in my stomach sing however they wish to even if their notes would irk the Muses. I love a few things only and they're all white — coat, page and soul.

Once in a while, it wouldn't hurt to live like a mountain, to be a star with a home in the sky. To be bright, blazing wonder.
