The long dim shadows,
Of surrounding trees,
The hooting sound of an owl,
With enchanting whispers of the breeze,
The glowing sun and the fall leaves.
The heat takes a toll on the human body.
A dip in the pool to blow off steam.
The twinkling stars shine bright in the twilight night.
What do you live for?
I live for family and God's deeds.
Making memories.
Moving forward from the ones that hurt me.
Living for the now and the good days to come.
Life is beautiful but you have to stop and look around, and take a breath, and enjoy thr beautiful things of life now.
I found peace.
I found joy.
I found hope.
I found love.
I found happiness.
