CHRIST IN ME
An identity of sin, I bore
A gown of lust I wore
With shoes of pride to match
And a bag of worries on my shoulder
My hair, lies, dangled on my neck
This was me!
Until Christ came knocking
A robe of righteousness I now wear
My feet girded with gospel of peace
Bag of faith on my shoulders
My hair, now truth, neatly braided
A hope of glory is Christ in me!
