The pain of society
I am concerned about the fact that so many people know so much about pain.
Not only do they know, but they have lived it.
They've experienced every little bit of pain you can imagine.
Of disappointment, loss, regret and nostalgia.
Whether it's because they've lost something they had or they miss something they let go.
I wish things were different, that people didn't have to feel so much anguish,
That we didn't have to suffer at all.
