it's piercing tone!
resonates in my exploding mind
could be a migraine or worse
all I can but hear
is the constant mastiff barking
better were the days when we used to be young
with free will as strong as to cause a stir of joy
and SLEEP
as oppose to now,
smiling faces with lots of pain
then we fear to unmask what's real
because we tend to think
that we won't be doing humanity a favour
it's 1 AM tho'
and the dog won't stop barking
