Beatrix
Dear Beatrix,
It has been lovely talking to you,
It was suspiciously reassuring,
How you could vaguely, almost obliviously lie!
It was admiring, to be honest, almost uncanny it was.
How easily you get away with it.

It's been a while since I saw you genuinely smile,
It was sceptically reassuring, almost terrifying it was,
How easily you could spread venom through your lies.
It's admiring to see you, tirelessly fight,
How uncanny it is, Almost chilling.
That you don't even have to subconsciously try.

Dear Beatrix,
I know there won't be any answers,
I know you can't answer.
But I wonder if you ever get unnerved, not even terrified?
Walking around with that body,
Where there's a hole in place of a heart.
A tear in place of a smile.
Two balls in place of the eyes.
And a hive filled with unrest peculiarly,
Created to resemble a mind.

And I know you can't answer.
Because humanly you can't realise,
But if I were you I would have been horrified!
If not terrified.
