tried smiling😁
tried laughing😂
tried shouting😲
tried crying😭
tried listening🦻
tried talking🗣️
didn't work

Then
tried writing✍️
tried drawing📝
failed

Moved to
meditation 🧘
walking🏃
jumping🤸
running🏃
failed and tried again

Tell them I tried all and many more
until I couldn't anymore
It was just wasn't meant to be
