I need to be healthy,
I need to feel stealthy,
I need conditioning,
My mind repositioning.
It's not about pressure,
Not a media stressor,
I just want to feel myself,
And take care of my health.
I need to engage my mind,
My ideal weight, I will find,
I'm just fed up of feeling,
Like my body needs concealing,
But I'm going to strive,
To feel more alive,
I'll lose weight for me,
So that I can feel free,
With no weight in mind,
My ideal, I will find.
