Hypochondria
Random sharp and sudden pain,
Makes me overthink again.
wishing it will go away,
that passing time will make it mend.
Pushed away all of my friends,
so i can live in isolation.
noone sees me, noone knows,
all the shit i am going through.
too afraid to call the doctor,
i cant even tell my parents.
to them it's Hypochondria,
so why would i dare to mention
all my troubles and my worries?
i just keep them to myself.
i suffer silently cause all i've learnd is:
never ever ask for help.
