Wild Things
Wild things
I think I..I..
I feel sorry for you
Running wild
On London's city streets
Spooked
Suddenly
By builder's rubble
Disposed of
On a building site
In your haste
To get away from it all
From the noise
The city dust
So you
Run wild
Break free
From your comfort zone
All you've ever known
In London city
Galloping
Through city streets
Wild things
You've much in common
With the city's dogs
They too
Face that every day
All they hear
Are cars and trains
Motorbikes
And those
Annoying iron birds in the sky
But wild things
You've made me understand
That the city's dogs
They too
May one day break free
Just like you
To get away from it all
The noise and pollution
From the city
And everyday things
Things that spook them
Like they did you
Wild things
I wonder
If you're really,
So wild and free?
Or if deep inside
You're just have
Gentle, gentle souls

This poem inspired by the very unusual events yesterday, where 7 aren't horses, training for an upcoming event, were spooked by the noise of rubble being cleared on a building site and broke free, galloping wildly through the City of London.
2 horses, have dealt been seriously hurt, one very badly, were operated on last night, and are reducing.

Although, it was for them extremely worrying, especially as they collided with traffic and the public, it was at some points, so incredibly beautiful to see horses galloping through the city - sadly, in great fear - but it made me realise, as powerful as these animals are, (They're the best of the best!!), they took, can suddenly be so scared, that they run from fear. No matter how we view the situation, it shows that they too, like mankind, need lots of TLC and peace & quiet!!
