My Annabelle
It was a beautiful morning. The birds were chirping celebrating the rise of the sun. The children ran here and there, playing with their friends. But instead of enjoying the beautiful scenery, I focused on the big doors that were closed shut with those hard-looking guards standing beside it.

It was my first day at my new school. We recently got a transfer and I got a transfer certificate from my old school. This school was larger than my old one. Actually, it was a very big building. not building, but buildings. It has three buildings. I was in the second one.

The doors opened as my father left my hand loose and waved goodbye. I was really nervous but walked inside. I saw a huge crowd of students assembled at the assembly grounds, I saw a large sign board indicating class 'IV/1'.

My class!. I walked taking every step carefully .The children were lined up obediently, looking straight. I stand at last, as the assembly started. As my day went on.

At the end of the day, I packed my bag. My father said that I will go back home by bus.

"Excuse me ma'am I am a bus student. Can you tell me where should I go to catch my bus? "

"Oh! Wait a second. Ava! please take her to the bus parking lot."

"As you say ma'am "

She answered obediently. She had a cute backpack .But an unreadable face. I followed her to the parking lot. We got on the bus and sat beside each other.

The driver started the bus engine as it roared. After sometime, the bus stopped in front of an apartment. Ava stood up, picked up her backpack and was about to get off the bus as she stopped.

"By the way your name? "

"Huh? Umm.. Erum"

She smiled a big smile but her smile held a hint of mysteriousness .

"Hey! Good morning! Erum! "Ava greeted me as she got on the bus.

We were promoted to class 'IX/3'. Many things have changed since the day we met. But her smile didn't. It always remained the same.

She is an amazing girl if you want your friendship to be full of laughters. Many girls in my class, judged her for her smile and called her ways 'awkward'. But to me, she was my sweet and pretty Annabelle. Her 'awkward' ways were those things which made my day!. She never liked 'bad' kind of people, rather she preferred kind and funny. She had a habbit of "Rate me from one to ten"She would always ask me. And of course I will give her 10 out of 10!

I love my sweet Annabelle! and I will forever!
