Living Beyond The Mind
Question:
Are peace of mind and happiness with one’s life interrelated or can you have peace of mind even if you are unhappy?

Answer:
✍🏼 Let's discuss both parts of your question one-by-one.

✓Are peace of mind and happiness with one’s life interrelated?

✍🏼 No ! Peace of mind and happiness with one’s life are not interrelated.

Because happiness is related with the mood of one's mind which depends upon whatever one perceives in his environment.

Happiness is a temporary excitement of the mind through one's sensory perception or thoughts which soon converts into boredom.

Thus Happiness as well as unhappiness both are tense attitudes of the mind interchangeable just like the pendulum of a wall-clock.

Whereas Peace of mind is attained only when one's consciousness is shifted beyond the dimension of the mind. It is a permanent state irrespective of the mood of the mind. This state is achieved through the practice of Meditation and Living in Meditation.

This fact will help to understand the answer of the second part of your question.

✓ Can you have peace of mind even if you are unhappy?

YES ! We can have PEACE OF MIND even if we are unhappy.

Because in the course of attaining the state of Peace of Mind through meditation, we transcend the mind which is the source of our unhappiness as said above.

Thus prepare yourself for the art of Living in Meditation for coming out of the cage of your Mind to ascertain the permanent flow of BLISS.

Living in meditation means :

(1) submitting to the present moment without memories of the past and worries of the future.

(2) keeping the consciousness beyond the body-mind-complex. i.e. Considering yourself as spirit beyond cast, creed, gender, age, religion, colour, race and nationality.

(3) avoiding to react when interacting with the people.

(4) forgetting the good done by you to others and forgiving others for their mistreatment.

(5) practicing desirelessness and accepting whatever is offered by the LIFE. It will lead to overcome EGO which is the prime hurdle in the path of self-realisation.

(6) Nurturing non-attachment to things and people.

(7) coming out of any belief-system. That means not to follow any cult, guru, ideology, organisation etc.

(8) balancing your mind with your heart, i.e. feel logically as well as think lovingly.

(9) taking positive aspect of every event.

(10) trying not to excite others by your words and deeds. Likewise not to become excited by the misbehaviour of the others.

(11) living in feelings of GRATITUDE towards God almighty when facing worldly events.
