Cry from the heart of mentally ill person...
At all the times I'm getting the regular comments "what's the reason behind your dreadful poems, stories and quotes."

And my answer is something funny
"Rehne bhi de ashaar ke peeche ki kahani
Kya milega ab dard ki tafseel mein jaa ke..."

These comments always crease me up and betimes my eyes get dewy as this make me remind of my harrowing life.

Well, today I'm gonna divulge my innermost self.
How can a person avow real truth of his life in a society where talking about your mental health means you want to seek attention and then people give you a tag of attention seeker. This is the society where people dies in silence everyday and no one dare to utter a single word due to this judgement.
And when a person gets fed up from each and everything he is compelled to take a wrong step, finally he decide to end his pain forever (suicide)...Then people say "I wish they spoke up." We live in a society that stigmatises mental health but mourns suicide.
This is one of the reason why I tried to show pain in my poems.I don't want anyones foolish sympathies. I'm always trying to highlight mental health issues in my poetry because I want to spread awareness among the people how terrific this situation is as I've also gone through this may be I'm still going through this.

(Cry from the heart of the mentally ill person)
If today I'm able to sleep this is because of sleeping pills,
If today I'm acting normal and you guys are seeing me happy this is because I'm taking serotonin,
If today my thinking is in control and I'm not overthinking it's also because of thought controlling medications.
With the help of medicines my illness is being controlled but the pain is still inside, it's the pain which sherds my existence into pieces and I collect those pieces and put them beautifully on a paper. So, this is the reason why my poems always smell sad.

And I'm going to end up with this:-

"Har udaas shakhs ka masla ishq nahi hota"

"Aur bhi dukh hai zamaane mein muhabbat ke siwa"
