Julia's P.O.V.

We both sat down on the ground in the garden near a tree , at our secret place which had no guards around thankfully and where we can talk freely.

"You look stressed , is something wrong?"

Ishaanvi spoke and I knew she will definitely observe that something is wrong with me , I gave her a dry smile and sighed shaking my head , leaning my back on the tree trunk.

"Everything is wrong , first of all , I heard from dad that the king got poisoned."

When I spoke i thought of atleast earning a surprise look from her when I told her the news, but she didn't looked the least bit affected and I raised my eyebrow , to which she simply shrugged.

"What? It's not a secret or anything . Dad told me too that the king got poisoned , it doesn't really matter to me , if he lives or dies ."

And she again shrugged while my mouth opened slightly when I looked at her this girl is too bold and straightforward how can she say something like this ? I mean she is not exactly wrong but if the king dies then his sons will rebel for the throne and all of our families will be affected by it , it is a big thing.

"But no..I don't think that's the only thing that's bothering you , is it? Tell me is there any news about HIM?"

She spoke while nudging my arm with her elbow and I blushed slightly as the memories of last night emerged in my mind and I bit my lower lip smiling and looked away.

"Oh god..so it really is about him? Did he finally contact you?"

I nodded at her question smiling and she looked at me with a small grin stretched on her lips and I sighed.

"Stop looking at me like that , or I won't tell you anything."

I spoke looking at her turning my head and she complied , and obediently sat down just listening to me and not uttering a single word to which I chuckled softly and spoke in a very low tone as no one can know about this.

"Okay , so here it is , I will tell you but you have to keep your mouth tight shut , understood?"

I spoke and she nodded .
