CHAPTER 1
Logan is the Wolverine and Sarah Stacy is his wife. They have 2 kids, Nile Jones and Jean Stacy Jones. Nile is 12 and Jean is 4 years old.
It was snowing this evening.The kids were playing caroms while Logan and Stacy was talking.
"I really want to see them grow up." said Stacy. She takes a deep breath.
"Yeah, I know but.." Logan said.
"They are not safe here. We have to go away from here."
"But we can't just keep running, they are never going to have a life" said Logan
"It's the only way to keep them safe, Logan"
"Yeah you are right"
They stared at Jean walking towards the window.
"I think it's time for us to pack our bags and go to DC.
"Mommy, I see someone... in the mirror." The mirror was kept near the window.
The door was kicked open. "Hide!", he told Sarah and Nile. "I will get Jean"
"Careful" , Sarah whispered. He nodded. There were like a dozen of armed men but none noticed the baby.
Jean kept quiet but was going to cry. Logan sneaked towards the window bypassing the Intruders. The Intruders went towards the bedroom and kitchen searching..
Logan took Jean from the window. He returned towards the fireplace where Sarah and Nile was hiding.
Sarah made Jean quiet.
"So, what now. Should we go through the back door?" Sarah asked.
"We can't. They are in there."
The men started firing all over the house. A man shouted "Find them".
The men rushed outside through the back door and went looking for them.
Logan and the others went through the front door to escape.
After sometime they finally rested in the forest. But one of the men saw them and called the rest of the team. Nile saw them and shouted "They found us." The family ran but they didn't hide forever. Atlast Sarah gave Logan the baby.
"You three have to go now. "
"No, we are not leaving anyone behind" Logan said
"Yes, you have to, babe. They want me. You .. you have to go."
" I can't leave you"
"Mom..." Nile said
"Take good care of your sister", Sarah replied
Logan and Sarah kissed for the last time.
Sarah was left behind .
They didn't go far but then Logan stopped. He told Nile to take Jean and go to somewhere safe. It was really hard but he convinced Nile that he has to go to save Mom.
He left Nile and Jean there to go save Sarah.
