I was in class when my boyfriend was presenting and then out of the blue he blurted out "Why did you cheat?" while looking at me sharply.

He finished his presentation and no one seemed to care about what he said.Except for me.

"Let's break up.." he suddenly said while he was walking me home.

"Babe..." I tried to reach for his hand but he stepped back.

"Why did you cheat?" he said.

"I'm sorry..." guiltness took over my whole body.I did cheat on him.

"Why?" he said calmly,I know he was trying to control his anger so that he won't be able to hurt me.

"I'm sorry.You know I never loved you at first.I just suddenly fell for you.." I looked at him.He was crying.

"So I was really just a rebound?" he asked.

"But I love you now,cheating on you was an accident.I'm sorry.I was drunk that night!" I tried to reason out.

"Drunk?That's your reason?" he asked.

"I knew I was a rebound but why would you show me like I was your everything when I wasn't.."

"But you are!I love you and I still do!" I said.

"One person.There's only one place in your heart.." he was starting to cry.

"Just trust me okay?Please.." I begged.

"You're expecting me to trust you?When you're not telling me the truth?" he asked.

"I love you Samly but I can't do this anymore if you're just going to cheat on me.." he said and hugged me for the last time.I hugged him and I didn't want to let go.

"Let go babe.It's for the best..." he said and kissed my forehead.

I'm Samly and now I'm watching my boyfriend who was supposed to be a rebound walk away.I regret every bit of my descision.

I cried my eyes out while sitting on this pathway.
