To their astonishment, Akira was no were to be found on the table were he was tied up. He was floating in air like there is no gravity in the place.
Everyone was shocked at first, thought he was hanging because of the blast, but it was not.
Now in an instant, he started releasing static charges around the room. Only difference, the charge was 2/10th capacity of what would be released from lightning. As he started attacking,
all the instruments were damaged or destroyed.
Shizuka, went on to put his armor and started to attack with full force, but this didn't have any impact on Akira.
Now he became more furious and started releasing EMP waves which disabled all electronic instruments or gadgets for miles. So the chief advised Shizuka, if they don't stop now, the entire campus which was built under the city, will collapse and the city above as well.
So Shizuka thought of a plan to stop Densetsu Akira. He told Yukio to use tranquilizer to the spot from were he release the static charge.
BANG!!
He flopped and fell from 7 feet above and landed on the floor with a heavy thud. He started to bleed from the fall, and went into coma.
