APGA calls for review of electoral act 2022
The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC and the National Assembly to review the electoral act 2022 for a better performance, particularly on the transmission of election results.



The national chairman of the party, Sylvester Ezeokenwa made the call during INEC authentication exercise of the party at the national Secretariat in Abuja.



He said voter accreditation with the bimodal voters accreditation system B-VAS was a great success , apart from the failure to transmit results during the 2023 general election.

Ezeokenwa says the party is more interested in ensuring success of Nigerians and promised to support the government by suggesting better policies needed to address the numerous challenges in the country.

This exercise by the Independent National Electoral Commission is the first after deregistration of 73 political parties out of 91 in 2020, for failing to win any elective position in the 2019 elections.
